Strengthening the future of software development: launch of an innovative training programme for developers in the electromobility industry

Aachen, 14/09/2023. In a dynamic move to promote talent and innovation in the software industry, SMART/LAB Innovationsgesellschaft mbH and its subsidiary e-clearing.net GmbH are pleased to invest in the development and education of young people and thus in the future. 1. Structured learning: The hands-on training provides a structured curriculum that covers a wide range of programming languages, software development methods and best practices, ensuring that trainees develop a comprehensive understanding of the subject area.
  2. Mentoring: Each apprentice is assigned to an experienced industry mentor who provides them with personalised guidance, feedback and insight to make their learning journey effective.
  3. Projects from the field: Trainees have the opportunity to work on real projects and use their skills to solve practical challenges and contribute to software development at Smartlab and e-clearing.net.
  4. Networking opportunities: Participants will interact with a vibrant community of fellow trainees, industry professionals and thought leaders, making meaningful connections for their future careers.
  5. Takeover after completion: After successfully completing their training, trainees are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to take up positions as junior developers, with the focus on permanent employment.
